Rule 22
Personal details form (citrol) and book registration
(1) The authority shall prepare five copies of personal details of each civil servant as per schedule-7.
(1a) If any civil servant working at the time of commencement of this regulation has not filled in the personal details as per sub-rule (1), it must be completed within one year from the date of commencement of this regulation and newly appointed civil servant must fill it within one month of appointment. The salary of the civil servants who do not fill the personal details within the said period will be withheld.
(2) One copy of the personal statement prepared according to sub-rule (1) shall be kept in the civil library for registration, one copy in the ministry related to the service group of the employee, one copy in the department, one copy in the ministry of general administration and one copy in the office where the employee works.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the personal details kept in the office where the civil servant is stationed should be sent to the same office without delay if the employee is transferred to another place. (4) The personal details of the civil servants received for registration as per sub-rule (2) shall be registered by the civil library and the date of birth of such employee and the date of mandatory retirement as per section 33 of the Act shall be recorded and the personal details shall be verified and thus the date of birth and age shall be verified. For this purpose, if necessary, the civil library may ask the relevant staff to submit the necessary proofs as well.
(5) If a civil servant has to include any details in his personal details, such details should be sent to the civil library through the respective office and the details received by the civil library should be included in the personal details of the relevant employees and the information should be given to the Ministry of General Administration and related employees and offices.
